29 July, 2010 - New! Milo In2Cricket Under 9s Compeition

This season, we and other clubs in the area will be introducing an Under 9s compeition. See Milo In2Cricket for details.

29 March, 2010 - Annual General Meeting

The AGM was held on 29 March 2010 and a new Commiittee has been elected (see the Committee page). There are still some vacancies - if you're interested, please contact us!

28 March, 2010 - Trophy Day

The Trophy Presentation Day went very well, with all enjoying the trophies, raffle and sausage sizzle.

28 March, 2010 - Grand Final, ORJCC U15 Makos

The U15 Makos won the Grand Final against Joondalup Kinross Gold (4/152 v 148) - well done!

27 March, 2010 - Grand Finals, ORJCC U13 Tigers

The U13 Tigers won the Grand Final against Whitfords Green (9/152 v 114) - well done!

27 March, 2010 - Grand Finals, ORJCC U14 Tigers

The U14 Tigers narrowly lost the Grand Final against Joondalup Kinross Black (119 v 9/120) - a great effort!

Ocean Ridge Junior Cricket Club is proud to be hosting the Cricket Champs program this season!

Cricket Champs is a new cricket program that caters for kids with varying forms of disabilities. Cricket Champs gets you involved in a club, enjoying cricket and having a bunch of fun. It's a program that is targeted towards kids with special needs and giving them the opportunity to not just enjoy cricket but to become part of a welcoming club environment and maybe progress through to become members of mainstream teams.
Cricket Champs is a 12 week cricket skills development program for boys and girls aged 6-16. Sessions are around one and a half hours and are run once a week with a break for Christmas school holidays.

Free School Holiday Clinic (18-20 Jan 2012)!

There will be a free Cricket Champs clinic held at the Beaumaris Sports Complex on 18, 19 and 20 January, 2012. For details, please read this flyer.

About Us

The Ocean Ridge Junior Cricket Club is located in the Northern Suburbs of Perth Western Australia.

We are a member of the North West Metropolitan Cricket Association which is affiliated with the West Australian Cricket Association

The Club supports junior cricket in West Australia and welcomes any children aged 5 - 17 who want to play organised junior cricket. We are also a Milo In2Cricket Centre.

Our Clubrooms are located at Heathridge Park on Sail Terrace in Heathridge.

Registration Day will be at the Clubrooms on Sail Terrace, Heathridge from 11:00am to 2:00pm.

03 April 2011 - End of Season Trophy Presentation Day and AGM:

12 noon
Sausage Sizzle. All players will receive a free sausage and drink.

The ORJCC held a very successful Sausage Sizzle at Bunnings Joondalup (Ocean Reef Rd & Joondalup Dr) on 20 and 21 November, 2010.

14 Aug 2010 - Registration Day for the 2010-2011 Season!

We will be holding our registration day on Saturday, 14 August at the Heathridge Clubrooms from 11:00 am - 2:00pm. We will be posting out the registration newsletter and form to those who played last season a couple of weeks before registration day. The registration newsletter, form and President's letter are available here..

Milo In2Cricket Under 9s

In conjunction with other clubs in the area, the ORJCC intends to continue the Under 9s competition this season, a specially designed format to transition players from In2Cricket to Under 10s.

This will be for players who have already done the 7-8 year old In2Cricket program, or for new players with ability beyond the 7-8 year old program, but not yet ready for Under 10s.
